Throat
In the neck run the blood vessels that supply the brain (carotid artery), but also the esophagus and trachea. In every healthy person, there are dozens of lymph nodes in the neck that eliminate impurities. If lymph nodes are growing, then an underlying cancer (lymphoma, melanoma) should be ruled out. Also, the thyroid gland is located in the neck, an important organ for hormonal balance.
